What is WIN?
WIN has been created exclusively for all women who wish to learn about financial topics, in order to gain skills and confidence to help them look after their personal finances.
WIN is dedicated to establishing a positive community of like-minded women who feel comfortable coming together in an informal setting to discuss financially related topics, relevant to their specific needs and interests.
We are open, honest and transparent, and feel passionate about helping you to identify personal financial goals and achieve your individual aspirations.
Who is WIN for?
WIN was established to support the financial interests of all women regardless of their level of financial knowledge, whether they are in the workplace or based at home, whether single, married or divorced. You may be a professional woman seeking a way to invest for your family’s future, or perhaps you have recently suffered a bereavement or divorce and are looking for guidance with how to manage your change in financial circumstances.

WIN offers 30+ years of financial expertise, experience, and insight. WIN Founder Zoë Cousens believes in the importance of sharing the knowledge she has gained to inspire women to successfully identify and achieve their personal financial ambitions.
Our Workshops offer expert knowledge and insight relating to financial topics including budgeting, debt management, goal setting, saving & and investing and retirement planning. Indeed, together with other women working actively within the financial & legal sectors, we offer a comprehensive range of knowledge and advice from an informed female perspective.
Our regular presentations and interactive workshops serve as key opportunities for members of the WIN community to engage, socialise and network with like-minded women as well as industry experts.
We are polite, welcoming and unassuming of others. We do not judge, preferring instead to keep an open mind, welcoming new ideas and professional insights.

What level of financial knowledge do I need?
No financial knowledge is needed to join our community. In fact, we speak your language. We always provide clear, concise and jargon-free financial information that speaks to the needs and interests of all women.
