What is WIN?
WIN is a Membership club created exclusively for all women who wish to learn about financial topics, in order to gain skills and confidence to help them look after their personal finances.
We are dedicated to establishing a positive community of like-minded women who feel comfortable coming together in an informal setting to discuss financially related topics, relevant to their specific needs and interests.
We are open, honest and transparent, and feel passionate about helping you identify personal financial goals and achieve your individual aspirations.
Who is WIN for?
WIN was established to support the financial interests of all women, regardless of their level of financial knowledge, whether they are in the workplace or based at home, whether single, married, divorced or bereaved.
Why join WIN?
We offer a female-only community, that serves to inspire, support and aid the financial aspirations of women, and we educate and inform in an approachable and friendly way.
We offer 30+ years of financial expertise, experience, and insight. WIN Founder Zoë Cousens believes in the importance of sharing the knowledge she has gained to inspire WIN Members to successfully identify and achieve their personal financial ambitions.
Our workshops offer Members expert knowledge and insight relating to financial topics including budgeting, debt management, saving, and investments. Indeed, together with other women working actively within the financial sector, we offer a comprehensive range of knowledge and advice from an informed female perspective.
Our regular educational talks, interactive workshops, and social events serve as key opportunities for Members to engage, socialize and network with like-minded women as well as industry experts.
We are polite, welcoming and unassuming of others. We do not judge, preferring instead to keep an open mind, welcoming new ideas and professional insights.

Our Members enjoy meeting with a supportive community of like-minded women who feel comfortable socializing in an informal setting where they can learn about and discuss their own financial concerns, experiences and ideas together.
You may be a professional woman seeking a way to invest for your family’s future, or perhaps you have recently suffered a bereavement or divorce and are looking for guidance with how to manage your change in financial circumstances. Our Members come from ‘all walks of life’, and many are simply seeking financial security and independence.
What level of financial knowledge do I need to become a Member?
No financial knowledge is needed to join our community. In fact, we speak your language. We always provide clear, concise and jargon-free financial information that speaks to the needs and interests of our Members.
Our workshops offer a wide range of finance related topics, relevant to your specific needs and interests, in friendly and supportive surroundings. In fact, it’s our goal to inspire you to become financially independent by providing clear and relevant financial knowledge.
